There are different categories of membership at Filipina Eyes. Please take a second to read:
Admin - that is me. Normally when an admin logs in, they have permission to use all features, including admin features to maintain and control the site.
Regular Members - when a regular member logs in they can utilize all features except admin permission to control or maintain the site. Regular members make up the bulk of membership.
If a Regular Member is having a problem with a feature, please report it to the Admin since the Admin login is not the same as a Regular Member's login. When reporting a problem, you have to be as detailed as possible. Simply saying the chat doesn't work, is too general and will not help the admin resolve the issue.
Visitors or Guests - are those who visit the site but have not logged in. Basically there are two types of visitors: (1) a visitor who has not signed up for the site yet and can not log in until they do and (2) a regular member who is not logged in to the site - a regular member not logged in to the site can not perform certain features until they do. Until they log in, they can only use features that are assign to visitors.
