One of the first things I do in the morning is check my emails and see if we have new members. After I do my morning check, I will check throughout the day periodically if time permits. I try to break away during my lunch hour at work to check my messages, but at times I can't. My next opportune time is after work, but then again I may have a thousand and one things to get out of the way before I sit down to my computer, it at all, in the evening. Hence, the main reason I ask that I be given 24 hours to answer emails and approve photos.
The morning routine is pretty certain and is when I get the bulk of the members emails and images taken care of. I'm trying to remember the last time, if ever, I missed a morning routine. So if you are sending me an email from your country during your day time hours and it is 0300 hours here in my country, sorry, I won't be answering it until I wake up.
Weekends is a mix bag of doing computer work and personal stuff. I have no set routine. If you are married you can understand why.

One of the toughest jobs of a webmaster is trying to keep his site as clean as possible. However, it is an impossible job because there many ways members can get around the built in alerts. If I allow this site to be used for other than it's primary intention, where would I stop. Besides, if someone is looking for someone to hire for a job, there are other sites they can use -- for example classified sites.
When someone is using this site to hire someone for a job, I question their true intentions when there are appropriate sites that they can use to look for people to hire. My gut says they are not sincere about hiring people, but are instead interested in scamming. If they are a scammer, they may lie on their registration and say they are a guy, but they are not, they may say they live one place, but do not, etc. In other words, if they are trying to scam, they probably are lying about many things but there is no way to prove it until they are caught. But even if it is NOT a scam, again, they can post their job on a classified site where that type of posting is appropriate.
