I think blogging is one of the best ways for members to network their profile. As the admin, I can write a blog, but I don't often because I can use the News feature to get out info.

Just as important as blogging is commenting on other blogs. There is some behind the scene action going on with blog comments that most members are not aware of. Every time you comment on another members blog, that comment is updated by RSS link on other social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook. You never know, your comment may attract a member on another social networking site to check it out.
