Let Love Find You

Most of us are here for the big picture. To find the one who will be your ultimate love for life. I hope this dream comes true for everyone who is a member of this site. However, like most things, it usually isn’t an instantaneous event where you join the site, login and flip through a few profiles and there he or she is waiting for you. It is more about involvement and being part of a community than shopping for love.

Sometimes the best way to find love, is not to look for it. If you participate and are part of the community, your deeds will be noticed and love will find you. Don’t get caught with some time table of when you should find love, but instead take it one day at a time. Visit the site, write a blog, comment on other blogs to let them know you enjoyed their post, comment on images, upload a video, make a video and upload it, etc, etc, etc. While being part of the community, you may make some good friends, and who knows, one day it may turn out that a friendship may blossom into something more.

I’ll close my article with a comment I have repeated often but many seem to ignore. When you are first contacted by someone on the site and they want to contact you outside the site before you had a chance to get to know them, DON’T. I’m not saying you should not eventually provide your email address to someone you had a chance to get to know, but during the “get to know each other stage” don’t drift away from the site’s neutral territory until you are comfortable with that person. Why not play it safe until you are certain the person who contacted you is sincere about love or friendship before giving up your contact information, including your email address.

Meanwhile, let love find you by participating in the community. You never know -- maybe the love of your life will be reading the next comment or blog you post on the site.

Good info, I used to do that, then I fell for some one to fast, and in the end can not afford to have them here, she had kids, now it is still up in air, haha
