Complainers


We all complain and have heard our share of complaints. I know at times I will get an email from a member complaining about a site feature. I don’t mind as long as they are polite. If they are rude, I will delete their account.

One thing I always wonder about chronic complainers who complain about guidelines on a dating site and are looking for love, how are they going to tolerate the government procedures to get a loved one to their country. When two people meet and decide to marry, both the Filipina lady and gentleman will have to deal with paperwork (forms), visas, expenses, medical requirements, etc. If you are a male from the U.S. and complain to Uncle Sam, he will say fine ... your request for marriage is denied.

So ladies if you are corresponding with a gentleman whose habit is to complain about every little thing, you may want to ask yourself if this person has what it takes to deal with the requirements to marry you in his country. There is no magic wand, it takes a man who can follow the necessary guidelines to marry a lady in another country. I know when Uncle Sam wanted copies of my previous tax returns, my bank account, a letter from my boss saying I was employed, etc (Uncle Sam wants to make sure you can provide for the lady), plus I had to fill in more forms than I wanted to, that complaining was not going to get it done.

Ladies, it takes a man whose conviction for love is so deep that he is willing to do what it takes to marry you. If you meet a man that has this trait, hold on to him. Not only is he willing to do what it takes to get you to his country to marry, but once married this man has the character and determination to love you through both good and bad times.  No complaints, he just knows what and how to take care of what needs to be done.

Guys, if you ask me if it was worth it, all I have to say is when you wake up every morning with a beautiful woman with long silky hair who has a smile on her face and a kiss to start the day, the answer is not only yes, but hell yes!

Just a note... The above happened back in 1996. Immigration is much stricter now since 9/11 happened. Be ready for a LOT of paperwork and inquiries into your lifestyle and financial stability.

It took me nearly two years to get my filipina wife here after I married her. An upgraded form caused a three week delay... being laid off caused another two month delay. It was definitely worth the wait. Sadly, she became disillusioned with married life and my inability to work because of disabilities. She divorced me last year. But I would gladly go thru the process again for the woman I love.
