Asian Dating for Money


Every once in a while I will get an email from a member asking me how much I make from the site or someone will make a snide remark about the ads on the site. Believe me, if I was in this for the money I would of stopped running the site a long time ago. At best, we try to keep the site going by paying for the expenses via what little money the site generates, otherwise, we keep the site going for personal reasons. There are many subjective reasons why we keep going, but the one I share the most is the satisfaction we get from those who join our site and find love. It is the prominent reason but there are many individual stories that touch us and keeps this site ticking.

I won’t divulge any names, but for example, I will get an email from a lady thanking me for having a place to meet up with people from around the world. Who hopes to find love but if she doesn’t she is grateful she had the opportunity to do so.

Or, I will get an email from a member who seems to of lost all hope of ever finding love again, but they are hoping that there is someone who will love them on one of our sites.

Or I will get an email thanking me for the love they found. They are on cloud nine and love is now part of their life.

Or ...

I could go on but hardly a day doesn’t go by that I don’t get at least one message or email that touches me in some way. It gives me the energy to keep my sites running as best as I can without pulling my hair out.

Of course there is the flip side.

For example, I will get a complaint from a member about scammers. It motivates me to try to find a way to do something that I have not already tried. But the problem is, it takes effort on the members part as well. I have categorized some of these members as complainers because they complain but when you ask them to do something they are too lazy to make the effort. These type of people frustrate me.

A good example is I tried a new way to narrow the membership so only serious members about marriage could find a haven from those who are here to scam or play games. I called it Serious for Marriage club and posted it on Asian Wife to see what type of response I would get. Even with bare minimum requirements to be in the club, most members do not comply. They send an email asking to be in the club, yet do not make the effort to meet the requirements. Instead they want a free ride without any effort to make the club a place for those who are Serious about Marriage.

We will continue to do our best, but I’m only human and at times get as frustrated as the next person. However, it never fails, when I think I had enough, I will get a message thanking me for the site and telling me they found love. In turn, I would like to say to those members who share their appreciation, thank you, it is what keeps the site going.

I remember when...um...maybe I shouldn't mention her name or her FE Alias, but, I remember when she posted a blog on here a couple months back, and I thought she herself was a scammer. I posted a rather harsh comment on her blog (where everyone could see it) then she sent me a PM, kind of got "bumpy" after that, but in due time, I learned to appreciate her works, as she did post a lot of interesting blogs.

I am quite certain that if she was a scammer, Dan would have purged her long ago...which never happened. So it's all good.

I will always thank this Site chief and you for creating this.As I was saying this is not just a dating site but a family for me. You know, you can be yourself without being judge.People appreciates you and gives comments and opinions that we sometimes can't get with our friends and family.

I also learned a lot about love because of the wisdom of people here so I now consider it as Google of Love, this became my past time too so now this is my new Facebook.I meet and gain new friends so this is my new Friendster.

But most of all this is my COMFORT ZONE, where I can be the real me.

I will always be thankful for the site and for you.
