| I just wanted to know what the internet cafes cost in the Philippines on average. I have communicated with women who say they can't afford to chat or email and need money to stay connected to the internet. |

Hello,
Internet cost in the Philippines vary. And affordability depends on the status of the ladies you came accross. Internet cafes shpuldnt be too expensive.. I dont know how it is in provinces but in the city(manila), its ranges from 30-60 pesos. ($1 is around 40 pesos now) So its about $1-$2 (USD). You might wanna clarify with them what they meant by "staying connected to the internet". They might mean hooking up an internet connection in their house. which, undoubtedly is a little expensive. I used to go to an internet cafe (in manila) and I paid about 30 pesos(less than $1.00).
hope this helps.
