Membership Termination - Please tell us why you are canceling. Your feedback may help us improve the site. Some possible reasons: 1. Met someone -- we love to get good news when someone found love. 2. Trouble with site -- if it is a problem we can fix we will - cost is our biggest consideration since we are a FREE site, but please let us know what the problem is so we can look into it. 3. Report a Problem - If there is a problem, please let us know. Some possible problems are: (1) Photo in wrong category (2) Lost Password (3) Member scamming. If you are reporting someone for scamming, please provide a copy of the email in the message box (including email header) to the right. We need this email as proof in case the person you report says that they were accused falsely. We also need the username of the member you are reporting. If you see a photo problem (i.e. male photo in lady category), we need the username of the photo that has the problem. If you lost your password we need your username to look up your account. If you do not remember your username, please tell us the email you used when you joined. We can not guarantee that we can retrieve lost passwords since they are encrypted for security reasons but we will try our best to fix any problems with your account so you can log in.
